Throughout my life, I have always learned that I should build positive and productive relationships with others. The focus of love, friendship, intimacy and romance were centered on everyone and everything outside of me. I never found myself reflecting on how my own thoughts and feelings could generate experiences that could allow me to love myself before meeting the woman of my dreams, or of hating myself before meeting my very worst enemy. The desire to develop the kind of qualities that would allow me to appreciate my person, led me to discover this unique relationship with myself. I now understand that the real challenge in life is not to find someone who loves me, but to find someone who will allow me to express all of the love that I have inside of me.
